Acrylic Hot Tub Shell Bonding

The foundation of the hot tub is the acrylic laminated shell.  The integrity of the shell in turn determines, to a large extent,  the ultimate longevity of the hot tub.  Belize Spas incorporate a unique system of lamination (vinyl-ester bonding) to ensure that the foundation is capable of supporting the rest of the structure over its lifetime.  This is critical, and a major source of failure in other spas.

Our system guarantees a flawless substrate, the 4 components culminating into a hot tub built to last, without blistering or other failures associated with inferior spa shell fabrication.  Our proprietary lamination system costs us a bit more to manufacture, but allows us to offer our customers a long warranty.
